Make sure the other Comfy applicator is not inside the cone. 2) Insert the cone into the protective disc (with the silver part facing up) until it reaches below the flame suppression ring. Light the open end of the cone. 3) Rest your head on a table and insert the cone with the Comfy applicator into the outer part of your ear, keeping it in a vertical position. 4) When the flame reaches the bottom of the cone towards the flame extinguish ring, remove it from your ear and extinguish the flame in a glass of water.
